Mair is a chartered accountant with many years direct experience of both running and managing businesses and of applying that knowledge to directly advise a diverse range of clients. An experienced consultant and adviser, Mair previously worked in senior roles within the Welsh Government, the Welsh European Funding Office, the Audit Commission, the Wales Co-operative Centre, Chwarae Teg and Deloitte Touche LLP
